Online purchases from Holze Music Company may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Purchases will be refunded only to same card used on the purchase.

Online purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items must have the original receipt, all documentation, packing, and must be in new condition.  Open box returns or items returned without the original box and all documentation will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

NO REFUNDS ON MEDIA PRODUCTS OR SPECIAL ORDERS (an online customer will be notified if an order is out of stock and requires a special order.

All sales of Closeout items and/or clearance items are final.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLOSEOUT ITEMS.  Closeout items are noted in the description of an online listing.

Holze Music reserves the right to refuse return of any item if damaged or shows any type of cosmetic flaw not present at the time of purchase.
